Remarks	The Reporting Person will be selling an estimated amount of common shares set forth herein pursuant to automatic sell to cover transactions that do not represent a discretionary trade by the Reporting Person in order to pay the tax liability arising from the vesting and settlement of restricted stock units. The aggregate market value estimate is based on the closing price of the Issuer's common shares on January 25, 2024 at $0.43 per common share.
