Learn CW Investment Corporation Announces Extension of Period to Consummate Initial Business Combination

Learn CW Investment Corporation (the “Company”), a special purpose acquisition company, announced today that it has deposited into the Company’s trust account an aggregate of $115,000 to further extend the period of time the Company has to consummate its initial business combination by an additional one month, from the current deadline of September 13, 2023 to October 13, 2023. This is the sixth of up to six one-month extensions permitted under the Company’s governing documents.
