Limited Brands Prices Private Offering of Senior Notes

COLUMBUS, Ohio, June 16  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Limited Brands, Inc. (NYSE:LTD) announced today that it has agreed to sell $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount ($483,760,000 gross proceeds) of 8.50% Senior Notes due 2019 through an institutional private placement. Subject to customary closing conditions, the closing of the offering is expected on or about June 19, 2009.

The notes will be guaranteed by certain of the company's subsidiaries.  The company intends to use the proceeds of this offering, after the payment of fees and expenses, to repurchase or repay existing debt and for general corporate purposes.
