Atlantic Broadband Signs Deal to Offer Starz Super Pak on Digital

BOSTON and ENGLEWOOD, Colo., July 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Atlantic Broadband LLC
(Atlantic) and Starz Encore Group LLC (Starz) announced a new affiliation
agreement adding 10 Starz premium movie channels to Atlantic's basic digital
service. This addition became available to Atlantic's approximately 83,000
digital subscribers MSO-wide on July 1, 2004.
The Starz Super Pak on Atlantic is comprised of STARZ!, STARZ! Family, STARZ!
Cinema, Black STARZ!, Encore, Mystery, True Stories, Action, Love Stories and
Westerns, and will serve as the featured exclusive premium service in
Atlantic's new digital basic offering. The service also includes up to 30
other digital networks, a digital converter set-top box and remote control,
digital music, pay-per-view access and interactive program guide. The entire
service costs just $16.95 more than expanded basic.

Management,' 'Bringing Down the House,' 'Under the Tuscan Sun,' 'Mona Lisa
Smile,' 'Spy Kids 3: Game Over' and 'Freaky Friday.' Hollywood studios
supplying films to Starz include Disney, Universal, Sony, MGM, Paramount, New
Line, Revolution Studios and Miramax.
