Kenvue Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend

Kenvue Inc. (NYSE: KVUE) (“Kenvue”), the world’s largest pure-play consumer health company by revenue, today announced a 2.5% increase in the Company’s quarterly dividend as its Board of Directors declared a $0.205 per share dividend on Kenvue common stock payable in the third quarter of 2024. This is a testament to the Company’s commitment to return cash to shareholders as part of its capital allocation strategy designed to enable sustainable growth and optimize total shareholder return. The third quarter dividend is payable on August 28, 2024, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 14, 2024.
