Kite Realty Group Trust (NYSE: KRG) (the “Company”) announced today that Marshalls has opened at its Bolton Plaza property.
Bolton Plaza is a part of the Company’s Redevelopment, Repurpose and Reposition ("3-R") initiative and is located in Orange Park, FL, a suburb of Jacksonville. The 22,000 square-foot Marshalls joins several existing anchors, including L.A. Fitness and Academy Sports. The Company has also executed a ground lease with Aldi for an additional 19,842 square feet. Construction on the pad is set to begin during the first half of 2017.
