The KKR & Co. Inc. (“KKR”) 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) will be held on Monday, July 22, 2024 at 9:00 a.m., Eastern Time. The Annual Meeting will be held in a virtual meeting format only. Only stockholders of record at the close of business on June 24, 2024 may attend the meeting. To receive further information about how to attend the meeting, please register by sending an e-mail to [e-mail] with the following information between June 24, 2024 and July 18, 2024. Please write “KKR 2024 Annual Meeting Registration” in the subject line of the e-mail, include your full name, address, and the number of shares of common stock owned by you as of the record date, and be prepared to confirm your ownership of such shares as of the record date. Please note that no discussion of KKR's business will be presented at the Annual Meeting, and no matter will be presented to its stockholders for a vote. Therefore, no action is expected to be taken at the Annual Meeting.
