Randall Thames Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner

Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) today announced that Randall Thames has joined the firm as a senior client partner and global account lead. He specializes in the Healthcare, Consumer and Industrial markets and is based in Korn Ferry’s Washington D.C. office.

Mr. Thames brings to the firm more than 30 years of experience in executive management, consulting, coaching, training, program design, performance management, and business growth and development. He joins Korn Ferry from a global consulting firm, where he was a partner.

Previously, Mr. Thames was a project lead and executive coach, and managed a team of consultants for organizational and leadership development engagements at WJM Associates, where he was Vice President.
