Kefei Zou Joins Korn Ferry as Senior Client Partner in Beijing

Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY) today announced that Kefei Zou has joined the firm as a senior client partner. He will be based in Korn Ferry’s Beijing office.

Mr. Zou brings to the firm more than 18 years of consulting experience, spanning markets that include communication, consumer and industrial. His primary areas of expertise are process improvement, organizational development, leadership coaching and information technology strategy.

Mr. Zou joins Korn Ferry from Legatteo Company Ltd., a start-up consulting firm that he founded, that specializes in sustainable product development. There, he served as managing director and executed strategy engagements in the technology and consumer markets.

Prior to that, Mr. Zou worked at firms including PricewaterhouseCoopers, A.T. Kearney, IBM Global Business Services and Ernst & Young advisory as senior director and partner.

Mr. Zou earned a master’s degree in sustainability leadership from University of Cambridge and an executive MBA from Tsinghua-INSEAD. He holds a bachelor of science degree in biology from Xiamen University and conducted graduate-level coursework at Harvard Business School’s IBM Advanced Business Strategy Program, National University of Singapore, and the Ross School of Business at University of Michigan.
