Jabil Announces Annual Stockholder Meeting

Jabil Circuit, Inc. (NYSE:JBL) today announced that its Annual Stockholder Meeting will be held on January 26, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. (EST) at Jabil’s headquarters in St. Petersburg, Florida. At the meeting, Jabil stockholders will vote on the election of nine nominees to its board of directors, the ratification of the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as Jabil’s independent registered public accounting firm; the approval on an advisory basis of Jabil’s executive compensation, an amendment to increase the size of the Jabil Circuit, Inc. 2011 Stock Award and Incentive Plan; an amendment to increase the size of the Jabil Circuit, Inc. 2011 Employee Stock Purchase Plan; and such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
