ORIX Mezzanine & Private Equity Adds Brian Kerr to its Team

ORIX USA is pleased to announce the expansion of the ORIX Mezzanine & Private Equity (“OMPE”) team.

With more than 19 years of financial industry experience, Brian Kerr joins OMPE as a Director based in Philadelphia. In his new role, Kerr will be responsible for developing new and existing relationships primarily in the Midwest and eastern half of the U.S. In addition, Kerr will assist in underwriting investment opportunities, as well as with portfolio company management.

Previously, Kerr was a Managing Director with Cornerstone Capital Holdings and also with Penn Mezzanine and Stifel Investment Banking. He received a Bachelor of Science from Lehigh University and a Master of Business Administration from Duke University, the Fuqua School of Business.
