TORONTO, March 17, 2017 /CNW/ - Invesco Canada Ltd. announced today that it has tendered 16,612,918 shares of Savanna Energy Services Corp. (TSX:SVY) in support of the acquisition offer made by Total Energy Services Inc. (TSX:TOT).

Invesco has reached this decision based not only on its assessment of the current offer but also on its assessment of the longer-term prospects for the combined company, in which it expects to continue to remain an investor.
