Attached is the English translation of the summary of the letter dated November 25, 2020, filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires  and the Comisión Nacional de Valores.

  

By letter dated November 25, 2020, IRSA Inversiones y Representaciones Sociedad Anónima ("IRSA" or “the Company”) , informs that, it has requested the cancellation of the rating services provided by Standard & Poor's on a global and national scale for Argentina due to the fact that the international note that Standard & Poor used to qualify has been canceled, and that to date IRSA has no other international notes outstanding. It is stated that there is no type of discrepancy with respect to the methodology used by Standard & Poor's and that local rating granted by Fix SCR S.A., risk rating Agent affiliated with Fitch Ratings, continues to be in force.
