Attached is the English translation of the letter dated July 28, 2015, filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores.

By letter dated July 28, 2015, the Company reported that its subsidiary Dolphin Netherlands B.V. ("Dolphin") granted a loan to Inversiones Financieras del Sur S.A ("IFISA"), a company indirectly controlled by Eduardo Elsztain, for USD 7.2 million with a maturity of one year, and at an interest rate of LIBOR 1M + 3% (monthly calculated). The loan is pre-cancellable by parties at the moment of the interest rate setting.   

 

The Audit Committee has no objections towards this transaction.
