Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
On May 12, 2022, the Company held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). There were 94,251,835 shares of common stock of the Company represented in person or by proxy at the meeting, constituting 88.63% of the outstanding shares of common stock on March 11, 2022, the record date for the Annual Meeting.
The matters voted upon at the Annual Meeting and the final results of such voting are set forth below:
Proposal 1: To elect eight directors to the Company’s Board of Directors.
