-- International Flavors & Fragrances Inc., a New York-based flavor and fragrance maker, named Richard O'Leary as its interim chief financial officer. Mr. O'Leary is a vice president and controller at the company.

-- Rowan Cos., a U.K.-incorporated and Houston-based provider of offshore contract-drilling services, named Stephen Butz CFO to succeed Kevin Bartol, who has resigned. Mr. Butz is finance chief at Hercules Offshore Inc.

-- Stillwater Mining Co., a precious-metals mining company based in Billings, Mont., named Christopher Bateman CFO, succeeding Greg Wing, who will retire but will stay on at the company until its 2014 financial statements are finished. Mr. Bateman was previously CFO at Turquoise Hill Resources Ltd.

-- Grupo Elektra SAB de CV, a Mexico City financial-services company and retailer, tapped Mauro Aguirre Regis as CFO. He was previously finance chief at Banco Azteca, a subsidiary.

-- Youku Tudou Inc., a Beijing-based Internet television and advertising-services provider, said CFO Ge Xu will step down from his post, effective when the company files its next annual report.

-- Marks & Spencer Group PLC, a U.K. retailer, named Helen Weir as CFO. Ms. Weir is finance chief at John Lewis Partnership. She will succeed interim CFO Paul Friston.

-- Grupo Lala SAB de CV, a Mexican dairy-products producer, named Gabriel Fernandez Ares de Parga as successor to CFO Antonio Zamora Galland, who is leaving the company on Jan. 1. Mr. Fernandez previously was at Mars Inc., where he was a vice president of finance for Mars Chocolate North America Region.

-- Home Capital Group Inc., a Toronto-based investment holding company, named Robert Morton CFO, effective after current CFO Robert Blowes retires at the end of this year. Mr. Morton is CFO at Home Trust Co., a subsidiary.
