Huntsman Announces Second Quarter 2014 Common Dividend

THE WOODLANDS, Texas, May 27, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Huntsman Corporation (NYSE: HUN) today announced that the company's board of directors has declared a $0.125 per share cash dividend on its common stock.

The dividend is payable on June 30, 2014, to stockholders of record as of June 16, 2014.
