Humana’s Go365® To Launch Grand Prize Contest

Winners Will Win a Smart Home Package Through The “Go365® Be Smart, Get Healthier Contest”

Leading wellness and rewards program, Go365® from Humana Inc. (NYSE: HUM) announced that starting today members can enter the “Go365 Be Smart, Get Healthier Contest.” Ten grand prizes will be awarded.

Go365members can log into Go365.com and enter the contest. After logging into their account, eligible Go365 members can create a 250-word essay, explaining how smart home technology can help in their journey to get and stay healthier. This promotion targets eligible members to increase participation and engagement in the program. Wellness is often woven into the contest theme which allows members to reflect about their own wellness journey as part of the essay submission process. This will be the fifth year that these types of promotions are offered.

“Improving and maintaining your health is a journey, and we want to show appreciation to members for their progress, reaching their goals and their dedication to the process,” said Jeff Reid, Humana’s senior vice president of wellness solutions. “Achieving your best health isn’t easy so we’re offering this promotion to help members stay inspired.”

Essay submission will end on September 28, 2018 and judging will conclude in December. Members can find all contest and sweepstakes rules at Go365contest.com. Smart home technology generally enables appliances, lighting, thermostats and security and camera systems to be controlled remotely and by voice commands.

Each Grand Prize consists of the following:

• One consultation with an Amazon smart home services expert to assist the Grand Prize winner in determining which products and services to select.
• The winner’s selection of Amazon smart home products, services, and installation not to exceed a $10,000 value.
• A $5,000 check, payable to the winner, intended to assist with tax expenses.
