On November 7, 2024, the Board of Directors of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company ("HPE" or the "Company") approved declaring a dividend of $0.82604167 per share of its 7.625% Series C Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock, payable on December 1, 2024, to holders of record as of the close of business on November 15, 2024. The declaration and payment of such dividend is at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors of the Company, and must be declared by the Board of Directors out of legally available sources prior to payment.
