Restricted stock units ("RSUs") determined to be eligible to vest under previously awarded performance share units, as certified by the Human Resources Committee. Vesting remains subject to the condition that the participant remain continuously employed by the Company, or an Affiliate or Subsidiary of the Company, through the end of the three-year performance cycle. Following vesting, RSUs will settle automatically into an equal number of shares of Helmerich & Payne, Inc. common stock.
