ITEM 8.01.  Other Events.

 

The Directors of Helmerich & Payne, Inc. (the “Company”), at a Board of Directors meeting held on June 5, 2019, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.71 per share on its common stock, payable September 3, 2019, to stockholders of record at the close of business August 12, 2019.
