HARLEY-DAVIDSON, INC. DECLARES DIVIDEND

MILWAUKEE, Nov. 28, 2016 - The Harley-Davidson, Inc. (NYSE: HOG) Board of Directors has approved a cash dividend of $0.35 per share for the fourth quarter of 2016. The dividend is payable Dec. 30, 2016, to the holders of record of the Company's common stock on Dec. 16, 2016.

Harley-Davidson, Inc. is the parent company of Harley-Davidson Motor Company and Harley-Davidson Financial Services.
