Item 2.02  Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On February 6, 2020, Hecla Mining Company (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing the Company’s fourth quarter 2019 and twelve months ended December 31, 2019 financial results.  The news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
