Item 2.02	Results of Operation and Financial Condition.

On February 21, 2019, Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure Capital, Inc. (the “Company”) issued an earnings release announcing its financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2018, as well as its Q1 2019 dividend. A copy of the earnings release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
