The Annual General Meeting will be held at the Omni Mont-Royal Hotel in Montreal (1050 Sherbrooke Street West) in Montreal at 11 a.m. (EST). CGI shareholders of record at the close of business on Wednesday, December 9, 2009 will be entitled to vote on matters considered at the meeting.
