Cedar Fair Declares Third Quarter Cash Distribution

SANDUSKY, Ohio, Oct. 22  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Cedar Fair Entertainment Company (NYSE:FUN), a leader in regional amusement parks, water parks and active entertainment, today announced the declaration of a regular quarterly cash distribution of $0.25 per limited-partner unit, consistent with the Company's annualized distribution rate of $1.00 per unit.  The distribution will be paid on November 16, 2009 to holders of record November 4, 2009.

The Company also noted that it plans to issue a news release and host a conference call with analysts on Tuesday, November 3, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss 2009 third quarter earnings results.
