Item 5.02.    Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On October 30, 2023, Dr. Burkhard Huhnke, Chief Technology Officer of Fisker Inc. (the “Company”), informed the Company of his intent to resign from the Company effective October 31, 2023 for personal reasons.

On November 3, 2023, the Company promoted David King to Chief Technology Officer.
