Certain members of the Company’s management will meet with institutional investors and analysts in Boston on September 20, 2007 and in New York City on September 21 and September 24, 2007. During these meetings management will use a PowerPoint presentation, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K. Management will then present at the Robotti & Company’s Fourth Annual Manufactured Housing Conference in New York City on September 25, 2007, using a similar presentation.
