The Board of Directors for Fort Dearborn Income Securities, Inc. (the “Fund”) (NYSE:FDI) today declared a quarterly dividend from net investment income and retained earnings of $0.1625 per share. The dividend is payable on December 31, 2015 to shareholders of record as of December 14, 2015. The ex-dividend date is December 10, 2015.
