FB Financial Corporation Declares Initial Regular Quarterly Dividend of $0.06 Per Share

FB Financial Corporation (the “Company”) (NYSE: FBK), announced today the initiation of a regular quarterly dividend. On April 19, 2018, the Board of Directors of the Company approved the payment of a quarterly cash dividend of six cents ($0.06) per share to be paid on May 15, 2018, to shareholders of record as of April 30, 2018.
