Eaton Vance Tax-Managed Global Diversified Equity Income Fund Annual Meeting of Shareholders

BOSTON, Aug. 28  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- At a meeting held today, shareholders of Eaton Vance Tax-Managed Global Diversified Equity Income Fund (NYSE:EXG) (the "Fund"), a closed-end investment company, voted to elect Helen Frame Peters, Lynn A. Stout and Ralph F. Verni as Class III Trustees of the Fund, each for a three-year term. The Fund's other Class I and Class II Trustees, who serve staggered terms, were not up for election and remain in office.
