      On March 14, 2007, Eaton Vance Management, the Boston-based investment 
      adviser, announced the monthly dividend declared on the common shares of 
      Eaton Vance Tax-Advantaged Dividend Income Fund (the “Fund”). 
      The record date for the dividend is March 23, 2007, and the payable date 
      is March 30, 2007. The ex-dividend date is March 21, 2007. The dividend 
      per share, closing market price on March 13, 2007 (or last trade price),
