Eaton Vance Tax-Advantaged Dividend Income Fund Declares Monthly Dividend

Eaton Vance Tax-Advantaged Dividend Income Fund (NYSE:
EVT), a diversified closed-end investment company, today declared a
monthly dividend of $0.1225 per share. The dividend will be paid on
November 30, 2005 to shareholders of record on November 23, 2005. The
ex-dividend date is November 21, 2005.
   Based on the Fund's per share price of $22.20 at the close of the
New York Stock Exchange on November 11, 2005 the Fund's monthly
dividend equates to an annualized market yield of 6.62%.
