BOSTON, March 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- At a meeting held today, the Board of Trustees of Eaton Vance Tax-Advantaged Dividend Income Fund (the "Fund") (NYSE: EVT), a closed-end investment company, voted to hold the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the Fund on Thursday, June 19, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. (EDT). The meeting will be held at the principal office of the Fund, Two International Place, Boston, Massachusetts 02110. Proxy materials will be mailed on or about April 28, 2014 to shareholders of record on April 10, 2014. Shareholders will be asked to vote on the election of three Class II Trustees and one Class I Trustee of the Fund.
