Eaton Vance Management Adds Portfolio Manager to Certain Closed-end Funds

BOSTON, Nov. 15, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Eaton Vance Management ("EVM"), investment adviser to the closed-end funds listed below (the "Funds"), announced that G.R. Nelson will join Michael A. Allison as a portfolio manager of the following Funds on December 1, 2019:

Eaton Vance Enhanced Equity Income Fund (NYSE: EOI) 
Eaton Vance Risk-Managed Diversified Equity Income Fund (NYSE: ETJ) 
Eaton Vance Tax-Managed Diversified Equity Income Fund (NYSE: ETY)

Mr. Nelson is a Vice President of EVM and has been a member of EVM's Equity team since 2004, where he is currently an equity analyst.
