Item 7.01

Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 19, 2016, Eversource Energy and Northern Pass Transmission LLC, a subsidiary of Eversource Energy, issued a news release announcing a decision of the New Hampshire Site Evaluation Committee to establish September 30, 2017 as the deadline by which it will provide a written decision on Northern Pass’ application for a Certificate of Site and Facilities.  A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
