Remarks	Thomas F. Karam, a director of the issuer, is control person of Lakeside Drive Associates, Inc., the selling entity of the 8,760 shares of common stock identified in Table I to be sold. As reflected in a separate Form 144 filing, Mae Rose Partners, LP, an entity of which Thomas F. Karam is managing partner, intends to sell 7,008 shares of common stock.
