Equity Commonwealth Declares Series D Preferred Dividends

Equity Commonwealth (NYSE: EQC) today announced that its Board of Trustees declared dividends on the company’s Series D Preferred Shares.

A quarterly dividend of $0.40625 per Series D Preferred Share will be paid on August 15, 2017 to shareholders of record on July 28, 2017 for the period from May 15, 2017 through August 14, 2017.
