On September 2, 2021, S&P Global Ratings issued a ratings action in which it downgraded (i) the issuer credit rating of Entergy New Orleans, LLC from BBB/negative to BB+/stable and (ii) Entergy New Orleans, LLC’s Senior Secured Rating from A- /negative to BBB+/stable.
