                Empire signs distribution deal with SEGA in Japan

Empire, a leading AIM listed computer games developer and publisher, announces
that it has signed a distribution deal with leading Japanese games company, SEGA
for the release of Warrior Kings: Battles and Ghost Master in Japan.  Under the
terms of the agreement, SEGA will distribute the titles on the PC Platform.


Ian Higgins, CEO of Empire Interactive said about the signing: "We have had a
great relationship with Sega for some time and have distributed many of their
games in Europe.  Warrior Kings: Battles and Ghost Master will be in good hands
with SEGA as there are few more respected names in the games industry."

first time for us to distribute their PC games in Japan.  We are looking forward
