Empire Interactive sign distribution deal with THQ for Big Mutha Truckers in
North America



Empire Interactive plc, a leading AIM listed computer games developer and
publisher, announces that it has signed today a distribution agreement with THQ
for the release of Big Mutha Truckers in North America.



Under the four-year agreement, Empire and THQ will publish Big Mutha Truckers on
the PlayStation(R)2 computer entertainment system, XboxTM video game system from
Microsoft(R), Nintendo(R) GameCubeTM and PC.



The mission-based driving game, developed by Eutechnyx, is expected to be
released on all platforms in the second quarter of 2003.

success derived from THQ's strength in distribution and publishing in North
America."
