ClearBridge Energy Midstream Opportunity Fund Inc. Announces Change in Portfolio Management Team

ClearBridge Energy Midstream Opportunity Fund Inc. (the “Fund”) (NYSE: EMO) announced today that effective December 31, 2024, Chris Eades will retire and step down as a member of the Fund’s portfolio management team. The Fund will continue to be managed by ClearBridge Investments, LLC (“ClearBridge”) portfolio managers Peter Vanderlee, CFA and Patrick McElroy, CFA.

The Fund is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company managed by Franklin Templeton Fund Adviser, LLC (formerly known as Legg Mason Partners Fund Advisor, LLC) (“FTFA”), and subadvised by ClearBridge.
