At its May 19, 2016 meeting, the Board of Director's of the Brinker International, Inc. (the "Company") declared a quarterly dividend of $0.32 per share on the common stock of the Company. The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2016 to shareholders of record as of June 10, 2016.
