Denbury Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

Denbury Resources Inc. (NYSE:DNR) ("Denbury" or the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0625 per common share, a rate of $0.25 per share on an annualized basis, payable June 30, 2015, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 26, 2015.
