For the eighth consecutive year, Discover Bank has been named a top workplace by The News Journal. Since 2010, the company has been recognized for having an exemplary work environment for its employees.

The 2017 Top Workplaces list is based on the results of employee feedback surveys administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement.
