Diageo PLC (DGE.LN) said Monday that it will invest 150 million pounds ($214.5 million) over three years in a scotch-whisky visitor center in Edinburgh.
The FTSE 100-listed drinks company said it will also upgrade its existing network of 12 distillery visitor centers in order to encourage tourism to Scotland.
At 1020 GMT, Diageo shares were down 14 pence, or 0.6%, at 2478 pence.
