(1)	The Reporting Person has been awarded 16,447 shares of restricted stock under the Issuer's 2015 Incentive Plan. One-third of the total shares awarded vest on February 15, 2020, an additional one-third of the total shares awarded vest on February 15, 2021, and the remaining shares awarded vest on February 15, 2022.
(2)	By the Charles William Hull and Charlene Antoinette Hull 1992 Revocable Living Trust for which the Reporting Person serves as trustee.
