LONDON--Land Securities Group PLC (LAND.LN) said Friday it is in talks with Deutsche Bank AG (DB) regarding a pre-let for the development site at 21 Moorfields, EC2, which is currently being demolished.
The U.K. commercial real-estate company, said the talks would require alterations to the design of the building above ground and negotiations will take several months, cautioning that there is no guarantee they will lead to a deal.
Land Securities, which has a 14.5 billion pound ($18.1 billion) portfolio totaling 23.6 million square foot, said the development site at 21 Moorfields will shortly complete demolition of the existing buildings.
