(b)        Delta Air Lines, Inc. (“Delta”) today announced that Michael Spanos, Delta’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, will depart from the company effective as of August 31, 2024. In connection with his departure, Mr. Spanos will receive the benefits provided under the Delta Air Lines, Inc.
