Remarks	Sales by Seller should be aggregated with the sales of Ordinary Shares of the Issuer by TPG Drone Investment, L.P. and PAGAC Drone Holding I LP (together with Seller, the "Selling Shareholders"). The Selling Shareholders have filed separate Forms 144 for aggregate sales of 11,994,217 Ordinary Shares of the Issuer during the past three months.
